Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a relaxing and effective form of talking therapy where we use the natural state of trance to help you bring about positive change.
Trance is a completely natural state of mind, if you’ve ever day dreamed, or become so absorbed in a book or film that you lose track of time, you have experienced trance. Although we feel like we are just day dreaming our brains are busy working hard to process information and come up with solutions.
